Have you ever considered doing commentaries for the new strips as you did for the archived ones? Because those were often as entertaining as the strips themselves. I realize that expounding on material from six years ago is probably a lot more interesting for you than expounding on something you did, say, last Thursday, but it's just a suggestion. I really enjoyed reading your joke dissections.
