Hi Kevin,
First of all I want to tell you what a pleasure it was to meet you
yesterday at Planet Hollywood at the Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Screening at Horton Plaza. I will grade the movie huge, not because
you requested so, but because it is so worthy. We laughed so much
but I missed the Scooby scene.

Meeting you before hand heightened the experience just a little for me
(gigantically). I don't think I've been that elated by meeting someone
since Hulk Hogan took me by the arm and told me he "loved me too"
at a WWF match when I was 13 years old! I glowed for days after that
and meeting you yesterday was truly an honor and I'm still charged!

I''ve always been impressed by your humble nature and the way the
actors in your movies, no matter how HUGE they are, somehow
seem more human, more down to earth and more real. It's a quality I
noticed last night for the first time in a movie. I imagine it's a little of
you rubbing off on them. You have a gift. On behalf of my friends and
myself, I want to thank you for sharing it with the rest of us.

Today at school (I work in Admissions at an Oriental Medicine
college) I wanted to share my experience with, you know, everyone....
and Kevin, so many people just did not know who you were and had
never seen your movies* There I was, left alone to bask in all this
glory by myself..... Finally, I found someone who appreciated my
experience and we broke right into the scene when The Force
"worked" in Mallrats. It was absolutely fabulous because after he left
my office The Force left with him. He had been working on this
computer thing for days and Boom! Right after he left my office and
walked into his own the problem was solved. No doubt it was The
Force. It's been a strange day.

Take good care of yourself. Keep the movies coming!
