Dude, that's nothing. I used to work at a Blockbuster Video (Exit 22 off 287, if anyone is interested...), and I had an old lady walk up to me and ask me if we had a Tom Cruise movie. She didn't know anything else about the movie, just that it had Tom Cruise in it. I walked around the store for the better part of my night, picking up Tom Cruise movies, showing them to her, explaining what they were about, who else was in them. After I showed her 'Jerry MacGuire' five times, she asked about the one with that "Nice colored boy in it, too... the one that won the Oscar." (No bullshit, she used the word colored!)
I was fired that night, for attempting to assist the lady in a new form of anal video viewing. That job would have been great, if it wasn't for the fucking cause-tumors....
