Although we may be surprised by the look of J&SBSB,
it can be said that Kevin is much more a writer who directs his own movies, then a director who happens to write them.
He isn't very visual, at least in the past work, he admits this.
He wrote the script's draft, but that doesn't mean that he has the camerawork vision, of say Burton.
Different styles.
Fuck Tim Burton, not because Kevin's a better director.
But because it was his own bullshit posturing that got the movie shit canned.
