And I wouldn't show it to anyone until you are ready to sell it Write a first draft before you show it to people you don't know/trust because cases like this are often decided based on "points of similarity" and "points of differentiation."
Keep in mind, I'm not an intellectual properties lawyer. But I did sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night.
