The evil bird has it right in one. The occasional spelling gaff is not the end of the world, but intentional, continuous slaughter of the language is inexcusable, even on the web- even from college students.

English is a terrific communication tool and a beautiful thing. Show some respect for the language and for yourself. Don't be an ass. Please.
