Yes, but at that point Loki was sans (that means 'without') wings, so he
obviously had transsubstantiated to human form.

I was referring to when Loki went out with Bartleby after the Ninth Plague
and got drunk. It was during this bender that Bartleby convinced Loki to
abandon his post as The Angel of Death. Loki faced God (extremely drunk)
threw down his Flaming Sword, and gave God the finger. Watch the movie, so
I'll not have to waste more words on
