I do! I do! Not sure if I can talk about one, but hey, let's do it anyway!
The first, called THE NEXT MUPPET MOVIE, was about an evil agent out to destroy the muppet family by giving them all successful solo careers. Gonzo signed on to replace Pierce Brosnan, Fozzie got a "Friends" like sitcom, Animal rapped, so on and so forth. I wrote it for fun in a couple of weekends, and the Henson peeps liked it.
The second was based on an idea by some people at Henson. I wrote the first 45 pages, and they decided to go in a direction that I kinda disagreed with, so we went our separate ways. I wish them well, and will be first in line to see if it gets made, but it wasn't something I wanted to do at the time. The people behind the scenes, however, are so smart and so on the ball that I'm sure whomever they get to write and direct the movie will produce a great product.
