If it is Bam Margera and the rest of the gang from the "CKY" Landspeed video or the CKY2K video, the CKY stands for Camp Kill Yourself. That is the name of Bam's brother Jess's band. They do pretty much all of the music that are on the videos.
As for them being in Kev's movies I dont know, I doubt they could really be all that good actors, they are good for a laugh at doing what they do.
