1.....you have to vote for over 200 films to be one of their top voters. 2..... you have to rate good and bad movies. Someone who rates their favorite films only and gives them all 10's wont be official. You have to give bad movies ratings too. 3....if you regularly visit the site. 4....if you contribute movie info, 5....if you contribute feedback........
