Kevin credits Jim Jarmusch and others as leading the way at the end of Clerks and the visual style uses elements of Stranger than Paradise. Paradise took a long time to shoot, around a year or so. My question is why was Clerks done so quickly? Do you think it would've come out differently if it had taken a year to do?
Ok so that was two questions that stem from a discussion in a film class.
