I'm not an expert on this or anything, but James, Juda(s), and Simon (Peter) were all apostles.
We are all children of God, therefore, we are Jesus's brothers and sisters. That's what that passage means.
Nevertheless, I do believe that Mary and Joseph had kids after Jesus.
