Mr Smith, if I may be so bold as to ask few questions for an assignment.
(I'm a film student in Toronto, Canada and am supposed to talk to people in
the industry about their careers)
How did you start your career in the film industry?
Prior to Clerks, what expierence did you have in film? (what roles have you
played behind the camera, did you direct many shorts?)
How did you get into writing comics? Did your film career help you, in
regards to getting hired/finding a publisher?
Any advice for some one planning on directing films of his own?
