Sorry, but that just seemed like one of those end-of-the-episode PSAs. Y'know, like kids are posting willy-nilly on the web board and Duke or Sgt. Slaughter (or Smalls, for that matter) comes up to the window and teaches them the value of posting on-topic. That would be an awesome PSA.
