I live in MD, man. I hate Duke.
Also, (of course Duke and Harvard are WAY more impressive than Maryland), but the average GPA to get into UMD is 3.7, so it's nothing to scoff at.
Also, I was too damn lazy to apply to anywhere that was really good. I applied to Virginia Tech just because I didn't have to write an essay.
