My express woes are too many to get into right now, but they are definately having serious financial problems and it shows in the quality of their site and service. Haven't you noticed that their best selling (supposedly) DVDs for the past month or two are old Disney discs. The only recent title I think they even have in stock is Battlefield Earth.
Oh well, guess I won't get to use that coupon book I bought at Christmas.
