First you must come up with a graphic to use for the shirt. Then go to your friendly neighborhood graphix screener. You can try the phone book or sometimes even a good sporting goods shop. Next haggle with the guy about cost. Unfortunatly, most of these guys only work in some kind of bulk, which is the reason you can catch so many shirts in the lots. The cost is cheap(relatively) to produce a bunch, but I'm not sure how much only one would cost. Probably a lot more than its worth. And thats even if they'll only do one shirt.
Your best bet would be to find someone with the capablities and become good friends with them then ask them for a "favor".
