It sounds like a good idea for a comicbook, though, so maybe someday we'll get a comic book prequel? Clerks - The Highschool Years?
It'd be fun. Though I still want the Mallrats 2 book above all other proposed VA comicbook titles.

I mean come on, The year is 1988 and the setting is in North Highschool in brought forth the characters like Dante Hicks, Randall, Katelyn Brye, Steve-Dave???, Brodi, T.S., Brandi Sphenning, Gwen Turner, Willium, Coey London, Shannon Hamilton, Hooper-X, Alyssa Jones, Dwyer pool girl, Banky Edwards, Holden McNeil,and the infamous....Rick Derris. All the tales that these years could hold. The thought boggles my mind at the possibilties that are ENDLESS. And what would be better to see the best duo of all-time in highschool prime causing mayhem....Jay and Silent Bob. I know that Kevin has declared that J&SBSB will end of the greatest series in history, but what if he were to begin this great saga, with the most explosive cast (even better than J&SBSB) it would truly be great. Think about. Maybe if Kevin hears this he might repsond (not likely), I hope he does think about, for it would truly be great.
