That is a problem. The headshots used are NOT kevin's property.

And Images are a licensing problem. It's not like Music where you're allowed to use 7 seconds of anything without paying.

He'd need photo releases for mass production.

And T-shirt Production is a pain in the ass.

Anything that there is a large enough market for, if there's a way it will get made.

But the Banky hats took a hell of a long time, because Kevin WON'T put out an inferior product.

Remember the reason that J&SB goods come out like Fly Fat Ass Fly, is because Kevin owns the COMPLETE RIGHTS to JAY AND SILENT BOB

Miramax owns the characters of all but Mallrats, and Gramercy has the rights to those. So anything else requires negotiation.

And before you say that t-shirt production, shipping, sales, and marketing are no big deal, why don't you ask Brian Johnson about all the headaches involved in that.
