Have any of you read A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius? If not, you should because it is a great, great book, but I was wondering if any of you, being in the biz, had any opinions about it being made into a film.
>>>>> I don't know about that but Bladerunner 2: The Edge of Human should be a movie. I done been saying so for years.

I, personally, think this is one of those books, much like Catcher in the Rye, which should never, ever, ever be made into a film.
>>>>> Catcher in the Rye could be a great film. Oh, I know, I know, that's the last thing that J.D. would want but F-him, that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a great film, just that J.D. hates films, even great ones. What a Dicky McDickwich.

It is one of the best books I've ever read (and I'm an English major, so I reads lots of books).
>>>>> I was an English major and I not only didn't read that book, I hardly read any books when I was in school. And we all know what Schopenhauer had to say about not reading.

You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll hurl.
>>>>>I do those anyway.
