1) I think that Brian O'Halloran said "ABC" and they had to bleep it. Sumptin' legal, methinks.
2) As far as I know, he's only in the first episode when Jay calls him a bong.
3) I guess it's just because there were only 6 episodes. Couldn't fit him in, like Affleck and the King of Canada bit.
