I see they've re-evaluated the pricing and decided that signed copies should increase by $5 compared to the original signed #1 issue. This is probably a result of the exceptional stockmarket boom in marker pen prices in the past fortnight.
As is the plight of the comic collector. I expect I'll be purchasing the rest of the series minus squiggly writing from a good ol' traditional bookstore.
