The scene was shot and will pop up on the Dogma Special Edition DVD coming out (hopefully) on June 26. This cat probably read the script or heard said scene mentioned on the board. The scene was also in some festival cuts as well (including the Vulgarthon version) but if this guy saw it under those circumstances, he'd probably remember that.
: There was something about that scene being planned but never shot I think so I doubt you saw it in the movie. Hope that helps
