While sharing a cousin doesn't automatically make two people cousins themselves, in the Askewniverse, Brodie and Randal are cousins. In "Clerks (The Comic Book)", Steve-Dave talks about how he hates Randal and "that cousin of his". Plus, in "Clerks (Holiday Special)", Randal refers to Cousin Walter's caning as a "Graves/Bruce family tradition". So while the fact that they're both related to Cousin Walter doesn't make them cousins, other Askewniverse mentions confirms it.

: ...and not be related. Happens in my family all the time. I haven't read everything under the sun about this, though, so I'm not saying Brodie and Randal aren't related. Just that it's possible for them not to be.
