I chilled with both of them in their boston loft whilest writing GOOD WILL HUNTING. They were always like, "Brian, what's that word mean?" and I'd be like, that's your name, Ben, and he'd be all like "oh, that's why I see it everywhere I go" and then Matt would be all like "Will Hunting should totally make out with chicks" and I'd pat him on the head and he'd eat his waffles. William Goldman was there, but he mostly just ate fruit roll ups and fingered the dog.

Yes, though, they did write it. In all seriousness, they did. And after seeing FINDING FORRESTER, I think maybe they wrote that too.
