: Some cars with bucket seats have a brake release lever between the seats so it COULD happen, but it's not likely since the lever has a button on the end that you have to press (so that you don't apply or release the brake by accident) and if she were in the back seat the button would be virtually inaccessable since it would be on the far end, ie facing the dashboard.
