While the main fact remains that what happened here is, ulitmately, none of anybody's business except for Lynch and A. Mike, let's back off a bit and see the thing from each angle..
Unfortunately, I've been in a similiar situation as Lynch, and I can fully see the whole "wrong thing at the wrong time" comedy of errors going on.
Granted, this may have come across as indifference to the watch-guy, but for anyone not involved (e.g. EVERYBODY ON THIS MESSAGEBOARD), slack must be cut; Jesus! I wouldn't wish the shit that Lynch has been dealing with on my worst enemy. I can more than understand how something like this falls below the radar, only to prove that much more of a thorn in the paw when the reminders come.. I'm sure he had the best of intentions when he said he'd send it; and I'm not allowed NEAR a Blockbuster Video anymore, after assuming that a room-mate had returned a tape. I think we all have one of those stories.
In summation- If ANYBODY has any call to be upset, it is either AllentownMike or Lynch, or both.. (In the best of all possible worlds, neither would be upset, and each would acknowlege the other's respective situation) ... But certainly YOU have **NO** justification for the undue amount of odd anger you're showing.
