Clerks during Sunday school

I teach 7th and 8th grade Sunday school at my Southern Baptist Church. (I'm also an Animal Molester)

Anyways, alst sunday my co-teacher asked "please give an example of a personal crisis, a school crisis, a national crisis, and a world crisis."

When the group of 8th grade boys who were assinged "world crisis" turn was up..it was asked again "give me and example of a world crisis."

The answer?

"The Cancelation of Clerks the Animated Series"

Was the answer.

I didn't prompt it, honest.

But I did laugh, inwardly, as the rest of the class cocked their heads in question.

What can I say? The kids love it, as do I.

Then we related it all to how Jesus helps us during hard times. Shoulda' been there.
