Its not Mumford, its American Cuisine..and yes, he does speak french very briefly in it..Unfortunately..It has only seen a R2 DVD release, and no video release in USA..it has been played a few times on the Romance Classics channel...Ihave a dub ofthe US version, and the french version from the french DVD..email me for more info.
