Just to add to this, and stray even more off-topic...
The Taco Bell target is anchored about 15 miles of the coast, whereas Mir is due to splash down about 1000-1500 miles of the coast. Some guy (NASA or something) was quoted as saying there is a less than 1% chance of it hitting the target. Which is probably intentional on Taco Bell's part as they stand to lost $100 million if it hits...
They'd have to pay me to eat something from Taco "e-coli" Bell anyway...
