Mine acted a little weird after I bent it a little taking it out of the case. My disc 1 shows a picture of Randal in the middle of Episode 1 because of that. There were some skips, too.
I made sure I was extra careful with disc 2, though, and nothing like that happened.
Just make sure you push those little tabs in before lifting the DVD from the case and it should straighten itself out after a while.
