My only thought as to this particular item ever becoming available is royalties. Being that the shirt is the likenesses of various people View Askew would have to track down these people and pay them for their faces to be on the shirt. The lighters and the hats mentioned below are all view askew owned properties and therefore they have the right to use them in whatever way they like, the faces aren't. There's my 2 cents.
