It is very unlikely that they would be holding up Dogma SE until they could get a Box Set going.
For one thing, the Box Set is not a definite, so they would not hold up the DVD for something that may not happen.
Kevin talked already about how they could not make a Box Set with the movies included because it was too difficult to get approval from the different Distributors. That's why they did the 3 DVD Box they are selling now.
Why wouldn't the set include Clerks Uncensored ?
Even if they were going to do the Box Set, why wouldn't they sell Dogma SE now & then again later as part of the Set. There is no reason to hold it that long, when they could sell it twice like all of the other DVD's & make more money.
