There are currently two books you can buy:
1) The collected Clerks/Chasing Amy book that has both scripts.
2) Dogma - which is also available in a British edition that has the COMPLETE shooting script including scenes not included in the US book.
Unfortunately the Mallrats book has long been out of print and you'd have to be very lucky or shell out big bucks to get a copy of that.
A good online resource is Drew's Script-O-Rama - I'm not sure which of Kev's scripts they have off the top of my head... so you're just gonna have to follow the link and have a look yourself!!!
