Just a quick theory.... okay so judging by the fact we now know that Will Ferrell is playing a Federal Wildlife Marshal (and not an FBI Agent) and we know he eventually catches up with Shannon Elizabeth's character... I'm assuming her character (possibly along with the other females) is some sort of animal activist.... which will presumably somehow explain the reappearance of Suzanne.
And that brings me on to my next point... I was thinking about this and the whole how they are going to deal with this thing. This is just a guess but I think the scene in the diner (in the desert) will be a new scene... however they are going to have to explain to the audience who aren't familiar with the story of Jay & Bob's past experience with Suzanne. So I'm guessing that the Jay & Bob diving into the manhole along with the cartoon style effects (I think this was mentioned at AICN???) will serve as a flashback. At least I hope so because although it's an all-out comedy I'd hate to see the pair acting like cartoon characters unless it's some sort of explainable situation... like a flashback.
