When they knew that the show wasn't going to last very long they ended up changing the order. I think it was done because they just wanted to show the funniest ones first. The first episode they showed was the court room one, which was supposed to be episode four. The second one they showed was the flashback one which was supposed to be (ironically enough) the second episode.
Personally, after seeing all the episodes at Vulgerthon, I think the best one is the one where Randal gets sold into slavery and Dante coaches a little league team. I don't think I stopped laughing once during that episode.

: I am curious Clerks The Animated Series was on for 2 episodes, and the ViewAskew Summeries lists episode #4 which has a scene in court with Judge Reinhold, But I remember seeing this episode. I don't remember the TV lineup well, but was it a back to back episode each Wednesday. Appreciate the help. Thanks
