If they horde it, then it's gross. If it's casual, if they hold it right (and not like someone who smokes just to look like more of an adult or, god forbid, look "cool"), then it doesn't bother me one way or another.
If a chick holds her cigarette like you do a piece of pizza and her eyelids flutter while she's taking a drag and she exhales immediatly and she's constantly moving while smoking, then she's faking it. And that's just nasty.
Also nasty: girls drinking beer out of cans.
