I preordered the Jay and Silent Bob figures from them (I actually called their number, which is 1-800-699-0115) and they were surprisingly shipped a week or two *after* the figures were released, which is puzzling considering that they made the figures. That was more than two years ago, though, and I recently ordered the two Buddy Christ variants (before the Stash had them) and the Clerks hardcover from them. If my memory serves me well, the stuff arrived less than a week later. So, unless they cleaned up their act with preorders from their own company, I'd say don't preorder from them if you need your stuff when it comes out (I was hoping the Jay and Bob figs would arrive *before* they were released) but don't worry about ordering in-stock items. They're pretty speedy.
