I don't think you are going to get an answer on this.
In order to put pictures of somebody in the movie, Kevin would need to get their written permission. In the case of your deceased friends, he would need to get permission from their families. That is probably not a situation that he would want to get involved in as it could be very uncomfortable for him.
Also, when the contest to get a picture in the movie was first announced, he said that he would not accept pictures of kids for the movie because it was going to be used on a 'missing person' poster. Since they were making a comedy, he did not think it would be funny to have children's pictures on the poster. I think the same thing would probably apply to your friends.
Also, if he agreed to this & did it for you, he would be totally swamped with requests from everybody that had any kind of trajedy (and a lot of fake requests too, I'm sure).
