That sounds like a great idea. You are a fucking genius. I don't know if all those little 14 year old girls that like the boy bands will understand, but people who have seen some of his other shit like Mallrats are bound to come and check it out.

: so i watch mtv sometimes. and i watch those shows "diary" and "cribs." i was just thinking it would be cool if for the release of j&sbsb kevin would do another mtv special and parody those shows kinda... or just do more mtv spots. i know he's done mtv before, so doing it again wouldn't just make it a career hilight, but more a mainstay; but what better way to take his work to the masses than plastering it over a channel made for kids under 18 (who have the most disposable income to blow on movies, soundtracks, and t-shirts)... i mean, he already has such a loyal fanbase that appreciates him as an artist, why not just get some benjamins? mtv spots would be a treat though. i have a feeling that j&sbsb aren't going to get much mtv time because of american pie 2, and this would be a way to really get people saying, hey that movie might be cool, i'll take my girlfriend and if it gets boring i'll just finger-fuck her in the back row. they might only go for the dick and fart jokes, but at least they'll buy the ticket and make our man a fat cat. kevin smith everywhere, now and forever!
