If you really want to get philosophical, you could readily debate the existence of an "intelligent question" at all. A question cannot, by definition, be intelligent, since a question isn't sentient. Hell it isn't even a concrete object. I mean, at least a rock has the potential of being intelligent (see Star Trek). But a question? No way.
