Yeppers! Those of us in the Northern section of the state (primarily the Bay Area and Central Valley) are the ones being rolled through stages of blackouts. Luckily where I am, we're on a local, public owned utility which can break away from the main power grid so thus far we've been quite lucky and unaffected! =) But, they do usually stop around midday and not start again until the late afternoon or early evening at the earliest.
