You can see the infamous "moving leg" on the full-frame version of DOGMA on VHS and also one side of the "standard" DVD release.
Commentary one: Kevin, Scott, myself, Jason Lee, Ben Affleck, Jason Mewes- typical View Askew commentary with lots of ribbing, etc.
Commentary two: Kevin, Scott, and myself- a different sort of commentary from us VA folks, much more attuned to the technical aspects of making the movie and more serious.
