As a long time but no more Action Figure collector I can agree with your feelings. It is all dead now not just comics. Action figures are dead, why? One reason I believe is cause of the toy companies. Once Hasbro, etc found out collectors were getting them they changed. prices went up and then a lot of hard to get figures came out. (Like fan club exclusives, store exclusvies etc). They killed the market. Made it to hard to collect. They would also make a figure hard as hell to get and then months later release it to millions. Killing all your hard work looking for in before. It was a lot better when they made the toys for kids and people like us got them cause we liked them. comics, trading cards, figures, it is all dead at lease for now. I do miss the glory days. Maybe I am just getting older. It is true I have not gotten a Action Figure News sents my daughter was born. Is it cause I am a dad now? Also now a Star Wars figure is $7.99!!! WHAT IS THAT! Toys show even suck now. Oh well I could go on and on. I did see at Wal-Mart that He-man figures are back and I just found out disney has some Indiana Jones figures...maybe there is hope!

: I hate to say it, but Marvel became one big fucking sell out. DC makes semi good comics, and Image...dude what the fuck is up with them. Who here remembers when collecting comics was cool without getting a swirly, or when Marvel had the dream team of artists like Joe Jesko, Jack Kurbey, Tod Mc, and the multi talented ever comprehensible Jim Lee. Damn. Those were the days. Now it seems like Im the last one(but I know Im not). All the good comic stores closed down or went to hell, and the action figures just got worse and worse. Dude, I'll give every thing up if I could just go back to those glory days when I was just a wee lad.
: Bring back the good cartoon shows as well(X-men, Fantastic Four, Spider man).
