Haven't seen it, but I'm pretty sure (just covering my ass in case I'm wrong) he's an American pretending to be Irish (Scottish, English, whatever) and is speaking in a jumbled, generic accent so people won't notice that he's a complete fraud....oh yeah, DON'T POST OFF-TOPIC SHIT!!
