: Question about your casting:

: What drove you to cast Jeremy London in "Mallrats" and Linda Fiorentino in "Dogma?" Was it studio pressure? They both seem out of place in both movies. Neither of them seem like casting choices that you'd make.

I don't think Kev gives in to studio pressure. Back in the day, the studio tried to get Seth Green to play Jay (Mallrats) and Drew Barrymore to play Alyssa Jones (Chasing Amy...and someone else to play Holden...ah shit, I forget who right now...). What I'm saying is, if Kev didn't want someone in a cast, he wouldn't have them. Maybe Jeremy just did well in the auditions (but I guess Jennifer Love Huge-tit didn't since she failed to get the part of Trish the dish). As for Linda, that role was for Joey Lauren Adams but she just couldn't make it. Imagine if Shannon Doherty got that part as she used to want it. That's suck.

: Also, what are the copyright issues holding up the Spec. Ed. DVD of "Dogma?" The first DVD sucked, I'm ready for another!!!

Conflict of interest. Don't worry. It's gonna be jammed with goodies.
