Central Air in Dogma

Alright, I'm sure I'll feel like a moron when this is explained to me, BUT I was watching Dogma again last night, and the same question always pops into my head. Azrael is obviously from hell, as most demons are. If there was any question about that, it is answered when he says that he "told them he was coming UP on a routine possession". So if he is a demon, why would he want it to be cold? Why would he need a house with central air? I would think that a demon would need for it to be hot to be happy. On the other hand, if it was a dead person coming up from hell, HE might want the central air to cool off from being down there, but a demon? What am I missing?
