Surely it would have been a good idea.
Here's why, i was listening to a radio show "loveline" who has that guy from "The Man Show" Adam Carolla, and he was interviewing Trey Parker and Matt Stone(South Park), and one thing they both mentioned was that South Park and The Man Show once were going to be on national tv networks,( I believe Man Show was gonna be on ABC, and South Park was up in the air), South park went to Comedy Central when the creators found out they could do more shit on cable than network tv would let them, also when ABC realized they paid for "The Man Show" Pilot, they dumped it and Comedy Central Picked it up. So why don't Kevin Smith take a lesson from these guys and just move on to a better more reasonable network, i mean fucking ABC is no place for a clerks cartoon, i've seen about 4 episodes and it has definite potential.
