Well Brodie in Mallrats is my favorite character (cuz he is hilarious and reminds me of myself, which is kind of scary) J&SB are also hilarious.
Favorite pick of the films so far...hmmm tough one...Mallrats still makes me laugh my ass off, but Dogma was awesome and is currently my favorite one of the series! (I can not wait for the SE DVD of DOGMA)
OVERALL favorite film is friggin hard...probably L.A. Confidential or maybe Braveheart. There are so many its hard too pick, I really liked Seven too. My favorite actor is probably Kevin Spacey or Nic Cage (although Cage has made some bad choices in his last few,but his next few sound good) Corelli's Mandolin, John Woos WW2 drama WINDTALKERS and I hate to say it but FAMILY MAN looks alright as well. As for actress, Robin Wright Penn is currently my favorite actress, Cate Blanchett is great too.
