The First Amendment protects five basic civil liberties-freedom of religion, of speech, and of the press and the rights to assemble peacefully and to petition for redress of grievances. Like all civil rights, however, these liberties are not absolute; they must be exercised in a manner relative to the rights of others. So how the fuck do I violate someone elses rights when I say "Fuck" in school? You have the right to cover your ears or turn away when you see or hear something you don't like and if you don't and you complain and end up trying to take my rights away, then FUCK YOU!
